Beltane Greetings

Last month we crossed a powerful turning point at the start of a new energetic cycle. This recalibration has brought a much needed deep clearing. But now, old outdated patterns, shadow aspects you have been avoiding, suppressed emotions, and anything that no longer aligns with who you are becoming - are all asking for your attention. It can feel heavy, intense, emotional, and incredibly draining. The truths coming up from within are uncomfortable… and that’s completely normal right now.

On top of this, we have the Super Full Flower Moon at Beltane on 1st May arriving bringing fire, expansion, and sudden shifts. This amplifies everything. Your old identity may be kicking and screaming to stay in control, but as conscious adults, we have the ability to witness ourselves with compassion and choose a new way of living and communicating.

The next Energy Reset Session on Tuesday 5th May is perfectly timed to support you. This session will help you release what has been draining your energy, let go of outdated patterns and attachments, and return to a place of trust, truth, self-worth, and honest connection and communication with yourself and others.

Register below for the live Energy Reset session or to be included energetically and receive the energetic transmission and replay afterwards if you can't join live.

Wishing you Happy Beltane and Bank Holiday weekend (in the UK) and gentleness and courage as you move through this powerful time.

Beltane (or Bealtaine) is a traditional Gaelic festival marking the beginning of summer, celebrated on May 1 or around the midpoint between the spring equinox and summer solstice. Its name derives from Old Irish, often interpreted as "bright fire" or "Bel's fire," possibly referencing a Celtic deity like Bel or Belenos associated with light and the sun.

Fires held central importance, symbolizing the sun’s strengthening power, renewal, and warding off evil. Communities extinguished household fires and relit them from the sacred Beltane bonfires. Other customs included decorating homes and May bushes with flowers and greenery, feasting, and rituals to promote fertility in people, livestock, and crops. Boundaries between the human and supernatural worlds were thought to thin, with fairies and witches active.

Today, Beltane celebrates life, passion, creativity, and nature’s vitality through bonfires, May Queens, the Green Man, Maypoles, flower crowns, processions, dancing and community gatherings echoing ancient hopes for prosperity as summer unfolds.
