How much is the membership?

The Natural Reset membership is £15/month or £156/year (£13/month).

What is included in the membership?

The core benefit of the membership is automatic enrolment on each monthly Energy Reset session at a discounted price. In addition there is a discussion forum, information, priority access to space limited courses and events, discounted or free courses and products, and voucher codes, plus more to come!

You also have some other forums?

Yes, I have another general forum hosted on Telegram. This is a free community for anyone to join. Please see this link to join.

How do I pay?

For both plans the easiest way to pay is through bank card using the links above. This is particularly necessary for the monthly membership so the system processes are automated. For the annual payment you can alternatively contact me to pay via bank transfer or overseas transfer if preferred.

Is this the same as buying the monthly energy sessions?

Not quite the same. All energy clearing sessions are included as the main part of the membership but at a cost saving and with the additional convenience and benefits.

How do I access the members' area?

For the first time, when you sign up to one of the packages, you will receive an email inviting you to create a password. You can then access the area through the "user/figure" icon 👤 you will see at the top and bottom of some of my webpages or the Members' Login menu links. You'll need your email and password.

Why is my password so complicated?

Yes, I know - it's a bit of a pain sometimes in this paranoid world we now live in. I don't have control over this security which insists on a minimum of 10 characters including a number, capital letter, and special character! Keep it as simple as allowed, write it down and ask your device to save it to aid easy login. If you forget my techy gurus will be able to reset it.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the nature of digital products and my energy work refunds are not offered except in exceptional circumstances.

Can I cancel?

In accordance with our Terms and Conditions and UK consumer law clients waive their right to the 14 day cooling off period relevant to physical products, in return for immediate delivery of a digital product.

You can cancel your ongoing subscription at any time at your bank but please give me as much notice as you can and at least 24 hours for monthly membership. For annual membership the fee is not set to auto renew but we will offer a renewal near to the expiry. If you wish to cancel an annual plan mid-term any refund granted will be based on the monthly subscription price.

Is the members' forum private?

Yes, and No. It is only open to members so in that sense it is private, but any postings within the forum are viewable by all members. For any private or confidential questions or feedback please continue to talk to me or message me privately by phone, email or whatsapp.

What happens if I'm away or "miss" a month?

The membership is ongoing so there are no refunds in such circumstances, although you could cancel and renew if you wanted. If you miss a live Energy Reset session you will still be included in the energy healing and will have access to the recording. All other membership benefits are ongoing throughout your subscription.
