I have dedicated my life to holistic health both through my own healing journey and supporting others on theirs.

My deep love of nature led me to explore how subconscious patterns, emotional blocks, and inherited stressors affect our mind, body, and spirit.

This exploration took me through Nutritional Therapy, Clinical Psycho-neuro-immunology, Kinesiology, and advanced Energy Work, studying with some of the leading minds in these fields.

Over time, I discovered that the most powerful shifts often come through gentle, light-based energy practices. Reset Clearing is now at the heart of my work because it allows us to gently release what no longer serves us and realign with our soul’s wisdom.
